It's always a good idea to post the frequency and tone or NAC you hear.

Zone 6 (857.2125) is also starting to come up out of the noise floor, just the occasional burst of noise, but it is there. 1720 Local.

6/4 dx

I'm hearing Zone 11 (853.4750) real steady in the 50-99 percent range on the Pro-106 using simply the OEM duck. And getting hits on Zone 5 from Cape Cod Fire and Police talk groups. 1715 Local. Good enhancement right now showing on the VHF map, too.

You must have the lemon. I have several Smiley's and have had them for over 30 years. They've all taken various tumbles and stood up to the test.

I wouldn't swap out, I would add. Aim your beam at one site to optimize input then add the omni, preferably side mounted on the opposite the beam. You get th best of both worlds.

Newest toy for HF, SB-200, usually run at a cool 500 watts. I've got 160 meter dipole improvement to do, one leg is near...

You can use the search function of the wiki to find some of them I'm sure, and be sure to go out four decimal spaces, such as 159.2100. 159.215 is incorrect, it might be 159.2175 in reality. Some of those frequencies you caught are incorrect spacing and a few with NAC's may be false decodes. You can...
