Sat on this in DSD the other day and found radio IDs to be in the same range as NUPD on their primary encrypted channel if that helps further validate it.

Re: MSP Troop F-Logan
I would say at least 90 percent of the Troopers I run into now have APX portables with the digital Massport system in it now. The mobiles on the otherhand are for the vast magority still the old analog only MCS radios, which is where the analog F-PTL-1 patch still comes into play. As far as the 700 ...

Re: MA > Worcester Trunked Radio System (new t/g ID's)
My personal opinion, I would add this under "Public Safety Talkgroups" heading/title. seems to be the best suited... 691 | MEMA Simulcast | MEMA VHF statewide repeater simulcast | 2019.07.06 sawyer100 add under "Police Department Talkgroups": 4375 | F4 TRAFFIC | Traffic Enforcem...

Re: Logan/MassPort TGs
I'm unfortunately too far away to hear Hanscom's conventional freq, I've had it in the scanner for a few years now without hearing a thing. I haven't heard a ton of traffic on 31, but I'm not sure if it's only active when someone from Logan is speaking (like Troop F or Massport Fire Alarm.) TG 507 ...

Re: Logan/MassPort TGs
on TG31, I was hearing sealcoating operations for Runways 5 and 23, which are both at Hanscom. I also heard them mention, "the Air Force ramp," which would further make sense for Hanscom. Interestingly, I heard "Station F to Hanscom" on TG31 as well, requesting "Hanscom&quo...

Over the past few weeks a number of 31XX talk groups have popped up on the 700 Mhz overlay. All have been encrypted. From the few non encrypted groups in the 31xx block, they might be assigned to the City of Boston. Talkgroups 3107-3175 I have listed as possibly being Boston PD Channel 1 - 35, base...

That talkgroup came up a few years ago, it seems to be used statewide by the techs now.
Here's a like to a thread about it when it first came up: http://www.scan-ne.net/forums/showthrea ... P25-Secure

If I tune to 857.0125 I do get a P25 control channel here in Medford. However if I sit on 859.4375 I'm getting lots of analog voice channel traffic. So I don't think that could be one of the voice channels being used by the system?? I would think this would have to be a stand alone P25 system with ...

Talkgroup 1105 (Cambridge Fire Techs) has also had a few hits on the system between yesterday and today. Has the Massport Ops (talkgroup 3) been confirmed because over on radioreference it is listed as the following (Testing LocationsRadio Techs TG). It appears that the Massport system is using the...

New P-25 control channel
I ran UNITRUNKER again for a couple hours today when the Fire Department was busy and found no activity. This suggests to me that there aren't any radios on the system, maybe not until tomorrow at the earliest. The SysID is the same as the state system, suggesting a connection there. Did you happen...

No activity all day on Zone 5, and it appears no activity on Zone 4 since they rebanded there. If they are done with Zone 5, it might be time to start looking at Zone 8.

I believe these additions are coming from Boston, Blue Hill, Arlington, from the WNMJ500 license. But they could by a stretch for me be from the WPFF425 license. I was looking early at some of MSP's licenses and it was Zone 3 or 8 (I for get which) had new frequencies included in them. 860.9625 was...
