Antenna mast installation

#1 Post by deacon » 13 Aug 2018 10:04

I need some help installing three 4" standoffs on my Mashpee home. Easy install, if I had a 24' ladder and was 20 years younger I could do it myself. Please send me a private email if you know someone.

I don't know of anyone specific in your area but, if one exists, I would suggest you contact a local full-service TV sales/repair shop in your area that does OTA TV antenna installations as I'm sure they would be able to install an antenna mast for you. The other option (although it might be more costly) would be to contact a local electrician as they would certainly have the necessary ladder, tools, etc. to install an antenna mast and at the same time they could also ground it properly for you according to the National Electrical Code (NEC).

One additional thought would be to check in at both Home Depot and Lowes as they both sell antenna masts, mounting brackets, coax, etc. mainly for OTA television antenna installations. Tell them that you need to have an antenna mast installation done and see if they can put you in contact with someone who does that type of work for customers of their store.
