Mashpee DPW ?????

#1 Post by deacon » 11 Nov 2017 09:08

The last week or so I am receiving a strong signal (some voice testing, code ID every 30 minutes) on 151.295. My Icom R7000 signal meter shows +20 db. I think it might be a new repeater for the Mashpee DPW. does anyone have additional info??

Thank you,
Chuck

I set them up on a repeater with a real antenna.

Good for you!! It is about time they upgraded. During snow storms it was comical listening to their poor communications. Is the frequency i posted correct??

Is there a PL/DPL tone for this frequency?

It may be the old frequency. More monitoring required.

151.295 mhz DPL 031. That was Bourne Scenic Park's old frequency. I set them up with a repeater too. Let's see if you guys can sniff that one out. It's going to be difficult as the season for camping is over.

So 151.295 DPL031 is the output frequency, correct? I would not post any information about input frequencies per SNE rules.

Yes, 151.295 is the new output for the Mashpee DPW. repeater. 153.1775 may be the Bourne Scenic Park new frequency.
