Boston appears to have 8Tac91 patched with VTac14 for testing. 851.5125R 156.7 and 159.4725 156.7

Now they are using UTac41 453.4625R 156.7

Marine Ch 17 156.85 is also part of patch in addition to what you have listed above.

Channel 17 is for local and state government maritime control. I think it's covered under NIFOG procedures.
