Monitoring Post on The Hill

This summer I moved off campus to an apartment on Mission Hill and my radios moved with me.


Desk:
Motorola XPR4550 VHF, Amateur analog and DMR
RadioShack PRO-163
Motorola MTS2000 800MHz, Dedicated 8TAC91 receiver
Custom speaker/PSU assembly

Portables:
Motorola MT2000 VHF, Amateur
EF Johnson 5100 UHF, Amateur and public safety P25
Motorola MTX9000 900MHz, Amateur
Motorola MTS2000 UHF, Amateur
Motorola HT1250 UHF, Amateur and public safety

"Mission Hill Antenna Farm":
VHF 1/2 wave for XPR4550
Dual band amateur not currently used
Multi band scanner antenna for the PRO-163


Computers:
i3-4170 based PC, Main computer running Windows 10 Enterprise
HP Compaq Small Form Factor (on floor), Legacy PC running Windows 7 Pro 32-bit
Thinkpad T420, running Windows 8.1 Pro

I like that speaker box. I have mag mounts out on my AC, give it a try.

Where there's a will, there's a way, in the corner, or wherever you can. All you need is a hole.
