PNSY 380 MHz trunk

#1 Post by schwab » 04 Feb 2016 19:52

CC is on 386.5625, NAC 140. I have a really hard copy on it from here, needs more localized monitoring.

Shortly after getting this info the system went completely silent from here and has been silent even since, was coming in here very well.

It sounds like the system has been turned off, no CCs heard 380-390.

Hello,

It appears the system will be down for a month while they address interference issues.

The system appears to be back on. I see the wiki has been updated with some talkgroups. I did get the Police 27109 TG and others going through Portsmouth. Got TG's 27506 and 27536, found nothing in the RR site for these.

Today I heard some traffic patched from TG 27170 onto 140.050/D043 (VHF fire primary). I hadn't heard it before, but it sounded temporary. Also, there is quite a lot of ebcryption on TG 27109; it sounds like the base radio is in the clear, and most mobile radios are encrypted.

Fire department has been back on the VHF freq (140.050) the past few days, traffic was in simplex mode and not the watery-sounding P25 audio from the trunk system.
