Their license shows one base unit located on the end of North Street (100w) and 35 mobile units (50w). Hope that helps.

The frequency is dead and even sitting in their yard up there! There has to be someone in the Augusta area on here that knows something?

They may not be using radios. It's a very common thing now a days to see DPW people using push to talk cell phones for comms.

Try 154.310 an extra frequency on their current VHF police and fire system
460.450 shows a repeater for the Police but they appear to be on VHF now with simulcast P25 system.
155.055 fixed base for School Busses

Try checking some private digital trunking systems (Maine Radio, Horizon, RCM, etc.) - it's possible they're using a private system and don't have their own frequencies/systems licensed. I know a few school departments around the state do this. You'll likely have to sort through a lot of oil companies, taxis, and garbage truck companies, but it's worth a shot.
