Hopefully one of the locals can confirm as I do not monitor this area at all.

The RR DB has :
154.72500 203.5 PL Burlington PD Troopers/Constables
153.74000 162.2 PL Burlingtn EMA
155.74500 141.3 PL Burlingtn DPW Administrative / Street Department

Our Wiki has:
PD: no frequency listed, patrolled by troopers on the CSP trunk system.
DPW: 154.7250 141.3

On 9/15 I happened to catch some informal communications on 155.7450 R 141.3 that I believe were DPW related, and locations given confirmed that it was Burlington CT.

The PD listing is the chat/tac channel for the constables. They do have the wrong PL, 206.5 is correct. Their primary communications is CSP Troop L talkgroup using LC31 to LC49 range of IDs.

The emergency management channel is Region 5's channel.
CT DEMHS (EMA) has 5 regions each with a frequency licensed for town emergency management use. They are licensed by each town but are required to operate within the DEMHS guidelines.
1 153.755 MHz P.L. 162.2 Hz
2 153.800 MHz P.L. 162.2 Hz
3 153.935 MHz P.L. 162.2 Hz
4 153.965 MHz P.L. 162.2 Hz
5 153.740 MHz P.L. 162.2 Hz
