Forum Posting Guidelines And Information

#1 Post by Scott SNE Webmaster » 24 Aug 2009 09:37

This forum has obviously been created in support of New England Military Communications (hereafter MILCOM).

Posting guidelines:

1. Use common sense. As is the case everywhere else in these forums, covert/sensitive communications and/or frequencies ARE NOT to be posted. Such posts will be quickly removed. The poster will be warned, and subsequent violations will meet with suspension of privileges.

2. MILCOM does not mean just military air. Anything pertinent to military communications, keeping #1 above in mind, should be posted in this thread.

3. Before posting questions, that might already be answered, SEARCH. A good starting point at this website can be found at the New England MILCOM Wiki Page.

Addition #1:

Quoting of actual transmissions is prohibited. At the MOST, paraphrase, but use common sense and as outlined in the original post, DO NOT include anything that could be construed as sensitive.

Bottom line? If you "think" it might be sensitive...it probably is!
