Can anyone give me info on the AntennaCraft ANTST2? Is it omnidirectional?

This is what it says verbatim in the ST2 owner's/installation manual:

"ST2
Omni-directional Outdoor Scanner Antenna
with Matching Transformer and
50’ of RG-6 Coaxial Cable, with F-to-BNC adapter"

It's listed as omni-directional, but any pole mounted (what we in the broadcast industry refer to as "side mount"). Will have some directionality to it. How much is to be seen, but this model I know for a fact has a little pattern to it.
