Welcome to the new Scan New England website. Most users are having to reset their password. To do so click the "I Forgot My Password" link below the log-in fields. Your email address as registered with the old site will have to be current for this to work. You should receive an email with a temporary password. Once logged in please access your User Control Panel in the upper right of any of the site pages, it's a drop-down menu where your username is. Go to the Profile tab and change your password. If you choose to use an avatar it must be 90 x 90 pixels or less with a file size less than 65k. If you have any problems please use the Contact Us form at the bottom of any of the forum pages and provide as much detail as possible to include your username and a current email address. As this is a new setup I expect it will be less than perfect at the outset. Thanks for continuing to use and support SNE.
