right from Skywarn group in Maine http://www.ws1sm.com/SKYWARN.html http://www.ws1sm.com/Forms/SKYWARN_Frequency_Guide.pdf I looked at this website https://www.concordfriendsmeeting.org/NWSGrayME-SKYWARNOpsManual. And found some frequencies. Just wondering if these are correct or if there are others?

The Northeast Air Alliance is the association of the New England and NY medical air transport services.
Each state can/does suggest their own doctrine, this was for Massachusetts, but does apply to DHART etc when operating within Massachusetts

Hard to tell, as I am not using a DMR Scanner and need to be watching the computer it as it occurs. Yes for a Real radio that would transmit, the NIFOGs suggest leave the RX empty (CSQ for Analog, or No NAC for RX) that way you would hear anyone on a errant tone, however they may not hear you.
