Seems to be resolved as of today - much better audio sounds like there is a fault in one of the voting receivers because its keying the BFD1 repeater for less than a second with no audio and just tone keying coming out of the comparator. Very typical in these old copper spectra-tac voted systems. BF...

MURS doesn't require licenses from the FCC
