Plenty of the Colleges have gone P25 or DMR and they use business band as well. Never mind Amateur Radio as well IT could also have been an image from one of my local PD's using P25 Normally I'd be inclined to think that P25 on "business" frequencies is odd, however Brockton has 463.7125 and 462.162...

469.5500 is a business itinerant channel, same as 464.5000, 469.5000, 464.5500 [Bubble Pack Radio]
