Having trouble with this one, as I am not able to get a decent bearing on it with the beam, for a few months now.

Only ID to help is Coloure Code of 4
No Talkgroups observered nor any audio loggings.

Anyone else ?

CC is 03, but in two weeks of monitoring they are still using Analog, altho the DMR Beacon comes across periodically
