So here is what I can gather is happening. It almost sounds like TGs are changing too. 32 wasn't seen before the DCC07 days.

32 - External Security

I think it's almost best to scratch this to zero and start over on IDing things, so as to not be confused.

I will run it again over the weekend when there should be more radio traffic.

I'm running the LCN finder on all 15 frequencies of the two licenses.
The LCN finder works when there is voice traffic, but right now, it's quiet.

It has found 3 LCN so far.

So 451.5000 is interesting. On DCC07, TG17, was comms about going into Gate 1 and then to "P4". Clearly Gillette. Then on DCC01, TG101, about "when you complete the tour, please bring the group to exit 4". This also shows as CAP+, but 101 was not in the range of Gillette, and the...

32 appears to be used by Patriot Place security. Not listed in the wiki.
