I dont know what this is worth, however I got three email notifications, two in the "form" form from Joe about a fire in Quincy (I got the same thing twice then the notification of the first thread on this board).

Jeff,

Delete your cookies, and then close all instances of IE.
Make sure IE is definatley not running in the background
(task manager IEXPLORER.EXE should not be on the applications list).

For some reason, this is what worked for me.
