Brewster ambulance all talk groups are now dispatch clear and ambulances encrypted.

I've noticed that on some of the TGs. I also noticed the 460 seems to carry one way dispatch traffic of Quincy 9-1-1 calls.

If no one else does, I'll update the Wiki tomorrow or whenever I have time.
