A little mid-day DX from Cape Cod. Very strong VHF-HI from NY and NJ.

It has subsided to some extent but it was going good on UHF as well for a while as well.

470.3750 NXDN 9600 RAN1 Not showing as licensed, seems non-trunked, saw some location data with 42.61763 -70.71139 coordinates so around Boston?
