Then there is the mystery 39.3 D632, which keeps popping up, with no traffic. However I did hear one brief transmission with a male's voice on it.

KDP455 33.900 is MUSKINGUM, OH, which is where a lot of the DX has been.

Re: 7/5 DX
I've been sitting on this one, since your post with ZERO luck...
Could it be a local UHF Image ? as I had a few winters ago from a 460 DPW being heard on 39 Mhz and chased my tail for months, till we heard a local address.

Nope. Two different receivers, and using IFX. It's real. It sounds like it may be simulcasting a P25 system?
Not strong, it sounds still very fringe. Southern Accent too.

Re: 7/5 DX
33.86 UnID . Fire dispatch.
Not heard on my Pro-2055 with low band dipole.
However, I forgot I have an ICOM IC-R75 with coverage up to 60 MHZ on a Wellbrook antenna.
It does not have CTCSS reading capability. But 33.86 was coming in. Too bad I missed the beginning of the dispatch.

Re: 7/5 DX
Guess it is not the flame-thrower it used to be, never hear it anymore down into Boston, altho the VHF Hi does kick !
Correct, it's not. Right now they TX on 33.90 only from their dispatch and that gets received by the mountaintop sites and repeated out on the 159.900.JohnBolduc wrote: ↑05 Jul 2020 18:28Lakes Region NH Dispatch on 33.900 PL 210.7 is a current daily 24/7 reception here in Londonderry NH.
