When I do get them on 452.175 they are on PL 67.0
Also, in the Falmouth area you might hear them on 462.675 PL 110.9

Thanks, I'll try those frequencies.

Does anyone have any background on the TOWBOAT communications system?
Any other repeaters?

From FCC site..... WQCJ618

Control Point

1 145 FALMOUTH HEIGHTS ROAD, BARNSTABLE, FALMOUTH, MA

West Barnstable 452.1750 R

Aquinnah Martha Vneyard 462.0875 R

The 462.6750 mentioned earlier may be "informal" ?

Thanks everyone.
I'll try 462.0875 but it's likely out of range .

The rebroadcast of marine emergency/calling on 452.175 is/was great.
I have heard nothing from them for a few weeks.

I also have not heard anything on the 452 or 457 freqs in a while. I thought it was just because of my distance from the Cape, or maybe they lowered the power. I used to get the 457.175 here in Ct. better than the 452.175 for some reason.
Also, on the Bearcom NXDN system, I only hear talkgroup 3204 now which is Ch. 22 rebroadcast. I haven't seen 3201, 3202, or 3203 talkgroups pop up in a while, which were the ch.6, 16, and 21 rebroadcast.
Does anyone know if they changed to other frequencies or any info.
Mysteriously, the Ch. 16 rebroadcast on the NYC Interoperable Communications Network (TG 12734) has all but disappeared also. I wonder if there has been an FCC ruling or something like that recently?

No contact on the cape all summer.

No contact on the cape all summer.

Does anyone know why/what the rebroadcast information was used for?
It covered a big area and carried a lot of traffic.
Interesting for the hobby but tough for the professional to follow.
It was often silent for most of the winter.

I imagine Tow Boat US would use it to further their receivability while they are on the waters. They must have some pretty high antennas to hear the distance that is rebroadcast.
