I have verified communications on frequency 451.5000 with a DPL of either 466 or 466 at The NRG power plant in Sandwich. I am not 100% sure who exactly is using this as there is a major construction operation ongoing there but my hunch tells me it's being used by a company called Skanska, who are the major contractors on site. Need to listen further to see if security uses this as well, I "think" they are. It also may be low power and not heard if you are a distance from there.
Mark, you are right it is the DPL 466 on the 451.5000 simplex. I was down at canal today at lunch time, large tug /barge crane ( Tug Ops 156.275) off loading some type of pump for the new project. The thing had to be 30 ft long. Also, caught another crane on 461.3375 D712 simplex. Jeff
I know there are a few frequencies being used there during construction, just have not had the time to really hone in and ID then while working.
