484.9875 P-25 ENC. nac= ABC any ideas on who is using this freq.

here is what i found, you didnt give any indication on where you were hearing this from, but i saw you live in tewksbury. so i found one that is in brookline, which is highly possible what you are hearing, with its high wattage ouptputs and it is designated for digital transmissions http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSear ... ey=1644902 . unkown what type of business this is but that is the closest one to you.

when i called the number listed in the application, it sounded like the guy said bonds. i couldn't understand him. maybe this is a bail bond agency?

Probably a bapern regional detective channel. Given the broad coverage especially off of prospect hill.

If UAM looked closer you would find they have a site in the Submitters area.
