Is this system completely shut down or are there still some sites active?

Hello,

I notice this weekend that Motorola System 7439 is still active with a control channel on 938.6500 MHz. The site is located on Mount Agmenticus in York, Maine.

Just because the CC is active doesn't mean the site is. Did you detect any TGs?

Based on how they did the transition in the past, my guess is that there might be one or two legacy users that still haven't moved to the new system or maybe found an alternative.

Hello,

It was the weekend, so very light radio traffic. I did see one non-DMR frequency come up, but I was not logging the Motorola system at the time. It could have been a transmitter self-test.

Hello,

I did a spectrum recording of the 935 MHz Band on top of Pack Monadnock Friday. 7439 is still idling away on 938.6500 MHz with CW-ID on 937.6875 MHz the only activity.

I also received Motorola 5E3E on 935.5625. Again this system is idling away and does not seem to be documented here or on RadioReference.

Always knew there were more out there, we never found.

Wonder if this is Farmington NH

So it's safe to call this system fully depreciated?

While Eric found one or two lone CCs, no actual activity has been detected?
