NHSP troops d and b

Post by cboykonh »

I just looked at tge fcc database and it looks like under callsign WPGN218. 156.21 and 154.935 are both listed under tge same license. Both frequencies are listed under repeater on pats peak and Bedford. I’m not sure if this is due to troops d and b merging, but definitely interesting. I can regularly get156.21 but haven’t been reaching 154.935 in Bedford.

I wonder if they are broadcasting on both channels 156.21 and 154.935. I have 826 programmed in as the pl tone for both. I am closest to pats peak too.

Looking at tge new license it might require a change in the frequencies listed for troops b and d. B 154.935, 156.21 and d 156.21, 154.935. This is under the new license with callsign WPGN218. If anyone can take a look at this and offer suggestions it woukd greatly be appreciated.

It looks like they're just adding a new TX site. Some of the Troop A and Troop E licenses have (or had) both frequencies on them.

They are simulcast, they transmit on multiple sites at once

Unless there is an insider who wants to share his/her knowledge, the actual answer is, "When we hear the frequencies in use."
