Two thoughts, and since Hanscom [MA] is UHF this is either Pease [Air Force] or New Boston [Space Force]

New Boston did post and RFP/RFQ a few years ago [Pre COVID] to move to a TRS from their existing Conventional P25 network

Also since 173.4125, 173.5125 and 173.5625 were always Pease conventional - target their for a better signal

Odd tho on 173.5375 as that is ACoE and the MA Princeton site puts out a fireball of a signal

A little odd for Pease as it's not an actual Air Force base but Air National Guard.

Maybe because they fly refueling missions out of there year round?

It seems like the power on the system has been raised a few DB; I have a 100% decode on the CC now on an indoor antenna.

There are a few other ANG bases with P25 trunks, Pittsburgh and Niagara Falls come to mind. Also, the active-duty 64th Air Refueling Squadron is operationally controlled by the NHANG's 157th ARW and it based at Pease. Like garys said, the tankers at Pease fly year-round missions supporting ANG, Air Force Reserve, and active duty units of the US Military.
