The old Cap+ system at General Dynamics Electric Boat is gone and replaced with a 9 site Motorola Tier III Capacity Max system.
Old TGID #'s are still good.
It appears at least Security & FD are encrypted.
DSDPlus shows System ID as S87 (that is "S" as in Small)
DCC on all channels, all sites is 8
This is a big complex with some communications/coverage needs that would be a challenge. I suspect that is the reason for the multiple sites over the Eastern Point Rd property
