CT Radio 800 TRS in failsoft

Connecticut Radio's old Motorola Type II TRS is in failsoft with 4 of the 5 channels transmitting the open carrier and beep. Unknown if due to the recent storm or other issues (although Farmington saw minimal snow).

It has been a while since I noticed activity on it but only would see when searching through the band.
600 watt license from Rattlesnake Mtn in Farmington perhaps would be a decent DMR system for the area as CT Radio does a bit of UHF DMR.
