Well the outpouring of support has been once again amazing. What part of not optional are you not getting?

Anyways if all the scanner old geeks like Scott, Bill, Mark and Mike are heading up I'd say we should plan a Friday evening get together at some place near our hotels? You know to talk about low band, VHF simplex and the good old days. If not I'll probably just commute from Boston both mornings and hit my usual Boston spots in the evening. But I'd just thought I'd try to learn who was coming early while there was time to make plans.

Don't forget 443.850 Epsom NH W1ASS 88.5in and out and P25 NAC353 all around the area and GEMOTO 900 On Site Repeater (WA1NVC) 927.5875out 100.0 902.5875in 131.8 (most active) on the grounds. I will have 900 loaner radios with me.

I'll be up with a friend Friday. We plan to leave as early as possible in the morning, but arrival time will depend on Boston traffic. We'll be there most of the day, as long as my friend isn't too whiny.

Can't make Saturday.

I keep asking for you at the GEMOTO tent, but you never seem to be around.
We're peace loving people, we're not hunting trouble, but if trouble should find us, we'll stand up and fight.

IF I go it'll be on Saturday. Crapshoot at this point leaning towards the negative.

It’s looking like the rain won’t arrive until late afternoon on Friday, and Saturday will be dry. I’ll be there for the whole time l, except maybe a trip out for dinner on friday night somewhere. Hope to see many of you there!

Hello,

I was going to leave for the Gaspé after NEAR-Fest on Friday, but I am leaning toward going to NEAR-Fest both Friday and Saturday.
