An odd track during the storm right now. And this didn't show up as military even though it's a P-3.

NASA806 is with it which is a Lockheed ER-2 “civilian version” of the U2
Uniden, Motorola and even a Kenwood

Looks like it left Wallops Flight Facility in VA and is on the way back to that area.

NASA rents their aircraft out for science experiments. The U2 and P3 were scheduled today for one called IMPACTS
