Hello,
Recently there have been a couple of incidents where information was posted from Scan New England onto other scanning websites. Either by "screencapping" or just copying the data. I want to remind everyone that the data here is copywritten to this site. And while I do not oppose sharing the information, I do require that proper credit is given to this site. "Scan New England". Even better is linking where you got the data.
We have a lot of talented people here who put in a lot of hard work to create a database that is not seconded anywhere, and its out of respect for that, that I have to post this. I expect that this will be followed through from now on.
Thank you for your immediate understanding.

Re: Screencapping or copying data from Scan New England
Again,
This is a reminder, that information from Scan New England is NOT TO BE COPIED to other sites, or submitted to Radio Reference, WITHOUT ATTRIBUTE.
Submissions made to Radio Reference that are copies from our site will be rejected and the user reported to Radio Reference for violations.
Continued practice of this will result in the user being banned from this site and blocked from the other.
Yes frequencies, tones and other information is common, however it is obvious when information is a cut and paste from the wiki.
