a. someone put in the wrong Freq
b. Spur from another transmitter
c. Rogue [not the first, not the last] unlicensed user/radio shop

Some clues by what sound like school buses on TG 109 lean towards Cohasset. TG 112 has also been heard with brief comms without any clues.
