Near the Abington Lowes, route 18

461.0375 D026 using full time voice inversion.

This is the old Target UHF/DPL pair.

Only activity I hear is from Signature Breads in Chelsea
must really be local/low power

Signal was much stronger slightly to the North, more in the area of Rte-18 at the HS entrance and the Seoane Garden Center
