This one needs major work and research, that said

from more than one Location, I have found 152.1000 (Yes, not a valid FCC allocation) by itselft

but it is within the Part 22 allocations for 152.0900

Based on this it should be Pittsfield NH, anyone closer with an SDR or DMR Scanner, maybe narrow down if 152.1000 or a splinter being +/- of 152.0900-
