460.100 100.0

Keys up with an approximate 2 second in length carrier that includes three "beeps". Pause for 6 seconds, then repeats. Not listed here or at RR database. Guessing it is to the north with the current DX as it's not anything I normally hear.

No 100.0 in my logs, notes or old Scan Guides
