152.5100 (Part 22) LTR

Post by ecps92 »

Scanning the bands, after lunch, from the awesome VHF Openning this am, and I seem to be hearing
a Legacy/Analog LTR (periodic channel bursts) and had Voice, but too weak to understand. (Best heard at 152.5050 on one Radio and 152.5025 on another)

nothing known in the SNE Wiki and/or my other DB's except it is an old Paging /RCC channel (Part 22) from years gone bye.

Anyone Else??

update, finally got some decent voice traffic, but still no LTR Data showing
This is School Transportation - either contract or municipal - no location yet, only mentions of High School and Middle Schools - no names

You are hearing the Lincoln Sudbury School District Buses run by First Student on an old LTR system that has been used for years. When I was commuting to work on Rt. 20, I would pass the bus yard in Sudbury with a high band antenna mounted on a telephone pole.
