Re: MA > Worc Cnty > Worcester County Municipal Departments and Utilities
I kept the old ones for now. We usually keep old DPW/public service frequencies in the database, as an archive record.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: MA > Worc Cnty > Worcester County Municipal Departments and Utilities
Hey There:
If you plan to keep the old (discontinued freqs) data, then the record row needs to say "old", "no longer in use", etc. If you view it now, there are two listings for Warren DPW, and only 1 is valid as of today. So anyone from the public won't know which is which, or try listening to both in their scanner, which the old is discontinued (it's been removed from the radios).
just tying to help keep the WIKI concise, clean, and the most accurate database on the internet, that's all. Thanks sir!

Re: MA > Worc Cnty > Worcester County Municipal Departments and Utilities
Thanks for your suggestion. The confirmation column's purpose is to provide the information on the latest use. It's easy to tell from that which is the more current and in service use. After time has passed the old one will be removed.
