Palmer Motorsports Park update

Hello- Regarding the recent addition of Palmer Motorsports Park, I found the correct license if someone can update it in the wiki.
WQXJ519 is the license, Freq, 153.005 (R) DPL 047
There are also a couple other frequencies listed, another repeater 153.170 (R) but so far I have only verified the first one, 153.005 PL 047
