ICE Unknown Talkgroup 789

Okay, here's another one.... TG 789 with very similar comms as outlined in the 809 thread, but no ID for any particular bus company. Sounds like I have heard "Methuen Base" and "Peabody Base" but these people clearly have not been taught how to talk into the microphone. Comms such as "leaving with 4 passengers and one employee" and "Peabody Base from Bus 413, returning with 15" being heard. Initially started at 1718 hours, which ironically according to my log shows a ramp up of transmissions from TG 809 as well.

TG 789 is McGinn Bus Company of Lynn, co-owned with Plymouth & Brockton. They have the contract for the Massport Logan Express Peabody route which runs to & from the North Shore Mall. They also do charter trips for various clients. I've seen their bus number 11413 which is painted for Logan Express in my travels. I put the TG in this morning and heard a driver call in leaving with 12 adults and 4 children heading to Logan. Heard this on Site 5 Andover.

I'm running ICE Zone 11 today with that in mind. It seems that both of these TG's have come on recently, so maybe this part of the run is in the queue. Fun to chase down anyway.
